It brings the Madrid cooking of the La Máquina group to this office area in a cosmopolitan setting: the fabada that made the house famous, its Russian salad, Galician oysters, Mediterranean red prawns, wild fish and rice dishes such as blue lobster rice or beef marrow rice, an award winner at national contests. It has a bar area to meet without a booking, private rooms for company lunches and celebrations, and a rooftop terrace with views of the skyscrapers. There are cocktails, free parking 24 hours a day, and the kitchen is open every day for lunch and dinner.
